The NBA Draft Combine was held in Chicago last week, and while there have been plenty of things taken away from the on-court drills and such, the majority of the top prospects didn’t participate in them. Everyone participated in the measurements and athletic testing, however, making Tuesday’s release of that data especially intriguing.
NBA Draft Combine: Athletic Testing Results Add To Intrigue
It’s not quite as easy to get overwhelmed by amazing results at the NBA combine as it is in the NFL’s version, but there’s likely still going to be some decision-makers breaking ties between potential prospects based on their athleticism.
So, with all of that in mind, the database over at Draft Express should be carefully pored over throughout the next couple of weeks. There you'll learn Harrison Barnes is fast and can jump high, Miles Plumlee could leap up and grab something over 12 feet in the air, Meyers Leonard is pretty strong, Jared Sullinger isn't very agile, and Will Barton isn't exactly an athletic specimen according to the numbers.
