Personally, I blame last night’s Miami Heat loss on Siohvaughn Wade, Dwyane Wade’s crazed ex-wife. If she hadn’t kept him out of training camp with a nasty divorce trial, he wouldn’t have been a complete disaster in Boston last night, and the Heat would have been a very different team. But that’s just me.

↵Of course, by putting it in those terms, Kobe does seem to care, doesn’t he?
↵A simple no comment would have sufficed, but it sounds like Kobe has a little resentment working here. Not only does Kobe “not care” but he doesn’t “give two s***s” about the Miami Heat. But I think he does. I think he resents reporters asking about Miami after his teammates got their rings, he resents everyone talking about LeBron and his spiffy new commercial, and he resents that TNT was in Boston last night, and not Los Angeles. On the record, he may not give a s**t (or two), but off the record, something tells me Kobe is the superstar that’s actually taking mental notes about all this.
