VIDEO: Stan Van Gundy Wants The NBA To Dominate Christmas

The NBA on Christmas Day has become an institution, so much so that the entire week has been dominated by NBA players and coaches complaining about the situation. First, it was Phil Jackson. Then, LeBron James and Doc Rivers got in on the act.

Now, Stan Van Gundy wants to make his voice heard. Earlier in the week, Van Gundy was fined for saying he "feels sorry" for people who have "nothing better to do" than watch NBA on Christmas. (That hurts me as a non-Christmas observer, Stan). Today, before his Magic took on the Celtics, Van Gundy decided to make his point in a far different way.

↵NBA games from midnight to midnight? That actually sounds awesome. College basketball does it, so why can’t the NBA? David Stern will send you a fruit basket for your great idea, Stan.
