Kentucky Wildcats fans are in for a treat when the Big Blue All-Stars take on a team comprised of Villains from Kentucky’s basketball past on October 24.
Kentucky vs. Villains: Save Rex Chapman, Save The World
Coached by every college basketball fans favorite villain, Christian Laettner, the Villains team features the finest that Duke (Nolan Smith), North Carolina (Tyler Hansbrough), Florida (Joakim Noah and Corey Brewer), Louisville (Terrence Williams) and UConn (Kemba Walker and Rudy Gay) have to offer. So many bad memories for Kentucky fans there.
Rex Chapman's Big Blue All-Stars are expected to include DeMarcus Cousins, Brandon Knight, Eric Bledsoe and Jodie Meeks.
Nothing gets Wildcat fans more fired up than mentioning Laettner in conjuction with “The Stomp“ and ”The Shot.” And in this Academy Award performance, Laettner drives it home.
The question on my mind is, if Rick Pitino walked through those doors, which side would he be on?
