#LockoutLife: Jonny Flynn Wonders About The World Series Of Poker

Tuesday night would have seen Kevin Durant and the Thunder battling the Knicks in Madison Square Garden, with an encore of Blake Griffin and the Clippers against D-Rose and the Bulls in Chicago. Instead the only thing on TV was poker, and Jonny Flynn got to thinking.

↵And because this is #LockoutLife and there’s nothing better to do, might as well see if anyone has. The answer? Kinda. Technically no, nobody’s ever robbed the World Series of Poker. But in March 2010, a gang—“armed with assault rifles and hand grenades”—robbed a European Poker Tour event in Berlin, and made off with 800,000 Euros ($1.1 million).
