It’s just preseason: a time to iron things out and get back into the basketball playing groove. Preseason doesn’t matter at all, unless someone gets injured (Hi Kobe!). So take everything -- spectacular plays, spectacularly terrible plays -- with a grain of salt.
VIDEO: LeBron James Airballs A Free Throw
We're sure someone left a door open in Orlando as LeBron James was shooting free throws, thus explaining his airball on Wednesday night. It happens to the best, and it's just preseason. But still, it's worth preserving in video form, just for fun.

Almost positive LeBron yells, with panic in his voice, “I’m short!” It adds to the flavor of the run-of-the-mill airball and kind of makes the whole video go. And he almost gets away with it! The announcer is just breezing through his story when the airball happens, and seems to be awakened only by the color man’s “whoa” after the airball.
Preseason basketball! Next time, LeBron should just dunk his free throw.
