X-rays on Stephen Curry's surgically repaired ankle revealed that no break occurred, according to a USA Today article, but the Golden State Warriors guard will at least miss Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks as a precautionary measure. Curry injured his ankle late in the fourth quarter of Monday's win over the Chicago Bulls.

Stephen Curry merely sprained his ankle on Monday, but the Golden State Warriors will still hold their guard out for at least one game.
Prior to suffering the injury, which happened when he landed awkwardly on Kyle Korver's foot, Curry was having a standout game while matching up against reigning league MVP Derrick Rose. Curry scored 21 points, dished out 10 assists, grabbed seven rebounds and made six steals.
Lance Young, Curry’s agent, told USA Today that the player had previously hurt his ankle during preseason and that this injury is merely a sprain.
"With this shortened season and back-to backs, for him to be able to get four days of rest and get ready for Saturday (against the Philadelphia 76ers), he thought that (sitting out Wednesday) probably would be the right thing."
