Eric Gordon will miss Wednesday’s matchup with the Boston Celtics after suffering a knee injury earlier in the week.

Hornets Coach Monty Williams said they're taking precautionary steps with Eric Gordon's knee injury. He's listed as day to day.

Hornets' Marco Belinelli will start in place of Eric Gordon tonight against the Celtics. Marco was starting PG Monday against Suns. With #Hornets' Eric Gordon sidelined, small forward Trevor Ariza could get some minutes at shooting guard tonight, Coach Monty Williams said
