Lobs seem to be a thing in the NBA this year, with the Los Angeles Clippers dubbing themselves Lob City after the addition of Chris Paul. In reality, lobs are always awesome, especially when thunderous dunk awaits on the other end. But sometimes, a simple lay-in can be just as spectacular.

On Friday night, the Miami Heat and Minnesota Timberwolves were tied at 101 with just six seconds to go. Miami was set to inbound the ball from near the Minnesota bench, in perfect range for a game-winning lob. And that's exactly what happened: Dwyane Wade shook his man while curling off a screen and LeBron James set him up nicely with a lob that managed to avoid three leaping opponents.

With the lob game-winner, the Heat remained perfect on the year, hanging on for a 103-101 win over the Timberwolves. Additionally, dapper young man was not happy with his night behind the Timberwolves bench, and rightfully so.
