Upon learning that the NBA disallowed a trade that would send the Hornets' Chris Paul to the Lakers, another suitor for the star point guard has declared its intention. The city of Edson, Kansas, population approximately 30, knows the NBA doesn't want its large-market teams to land Paul. Since Edson is basically the smallest market possible, they see themselves as a perfect fit for Mr. Paul.
