Carmelo Anthony’s On Conan Tonight, But It Was Pre-Taped

Carmelo Anthony is scheduled to appear on Conan O'Brien's show tonight, but don't expect him to speak in the present tense about the reported trade that would send him and half the Denver Nuggets lineup to the New York Knicks for the keys to Madison Square Garden and the Statue of Liberty's torch. This episode was taped well before the trade went down.

Anthony will likely dodge any questions Conan may raise about the matter, as he did when Craig Sager attempted to interrogate him, but he'll have to do it without Kobe Bryant at his side. Or maybe he'll just participate in, like, really silly skits.
