Parker to return from injury

Soobum Im-USA TODAY SportsParker has been terrific in his own right this year. He has played in 56 games this season and posted a sparkling 24.3 PER. He has averaged 21 points on a career-high 59.5 percent true shooting and dished out 7.6 assists per contest. The Spurs outscore opposing teams by 11.8 points per 100-possessions with Parker on the floor.

Parker is averaging 17.1 points and 6.6 assists per game for the balanced Spurs, and was considered one of the very last All-Star snubs this season. He and Ginobili have, per usual, combined to form one of the most solid backcourts in the league, well-rounded and consistent. But Hill, who many felt could have replaced Parker heading into the season, is no slouch, and San Antonio shouldn’t fall apart with Parker out.
