Two aging heavyweights are locked in a close matchup, with the Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs tied up 49-49 at halftime. Boston is shooting better -- almost 48 percent to just under 40 percent -- but is getting slightly outrebounded, especially on the offensive glass. San Antonio has grabbed eight boards on their side of the court.
Celtics Vs. Spurs Score: Tony Parker, Paul Pierce In Tie Game At Half
Tony Parker leads all scorers with 14 points, followed closely behind by Paul Pierce’s 13. Pierce has also pulled down eight rebounds, surpassed only by Tim Duncan’s nine.
At one point this season, this game would’ve looked like a darn-near inevitable NBA Finals preview.
