It was only a matter of time before video of Wednesday night's fight involving Dominique Wilkins surfaced. Wilkins and former NBA referee turned suit tailor Rashan Michel went at it in Philips Arena after Michel reportedly threw a punch at the former Atlanta Hawks legend over a debt. Michel probably regretted that decision after Wilkins swung back, using his height and reach to keep the former referee at bay.

Since everyone carries around a cell phone capable of taking video, we can all dissect ‘Nique’s fight. The video comes from TMZ, of course. Because the video is too hard to make out in a small view, you can find it after the jump. The language may not be safe for work as people tend to say a few curse words while watching a fight for whatever reason.
Assuming Wilkins is the well-dressed gentlemen closest to the court, I’d go ahead and give him the decision. But let’s be honest, this wasn’t much of a fight at all. Wilkins is a legend in Atlanta, and the people around him aren’t going to let anyone land a solid blow on him. You can clearly see Wilkins landing a punch and judging from the post-fight picture of Michel, the punch did some serious damage.
Still, it’s probably not a good idea to mess with ‘Nique in his own house, no matter what debt you may feel he owes.
