Bulls Vs. Knicks Score: Chicago Dominates Second Half, Inches Closer To No. 1 Overall Record With Win

The first half between the Bulls and Knicks was a fairly even affair, with New York having the slight upper hand, but the second half was a completely different story. The Knicks started the third quarter incredibly flat, allowing the Bulls to open up a massive lead, and it was all over from there. New York scored two points in the first seven minutes of the third while the Bulls put on an offensive clinic, effectively ending the game with 17 minutes remaining. The Bulls simply had to hold serve in the fourth quarter and did just that, eventually winning by a score of 103-90.

Derrick Rose put together a great offensive second half after a mediocre first half, while Carlos Boozer put on a masterful defensive performance, complete with 22 rebounds. With this win, the Bulls have put the pressure on the San Antonio Spurs to match them in a race to determine the No. 1 overall record in the NBA.
