Bulls Vs. Pacers Final Score: Derrick Rose Leads Chicago To Narrow Victory

Playing another tight quarter, the Bulls and the Pacers played for the win down to the final seconds of the game. Ultimately, the Bulls came out on top, 88-84. Tied at 84, Derrick Rose, a possible MVP candidate, made the go-ahead shot with 17 seconds left in the game. He drove through the lane and was able to sink the basket--even with three Pacers converging on him.

Rose didn't have a good night shooting from the field (4-18), but he kept finding the free throw line, making 13 of his 15 attempts. He finished with 23 points and four steals. Luol Deng also had the scoring touch on Thursday night, putting 21 up on the board. Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah were around the glass all night, pulling down 11 and 10 rebounds, respectively.

The Pacers could have used better shooting from beyond the arc, connecting on just one of 10 shots. Collectively it wasn't a great night shooting for either team, but the Pacers came out on the wrong end as a result. Outside of Danny Granger's 21 points on 10-of-21 shooting, there wasn't much there for Indiana. Reserve guard Dahntay Jones was second in scoring with 11 points, while Paul George grabbed 12 rebounds.

The Pacers will play for their playoff lives on Saturday at home as Chicago took a commanding 3-0 lead in this series.
