On Saturday, Game 4 between the Blazers and Mavericks is off to a decidedly slow start. After one quarter of play, Portland leads Dallas by a 16-11 score.
Blazers Vs. Mavericks Score: Portland, Dallas Off To Slow Starts
Both teams took a while to get going -- after four minutes of play, the score was 5-0 Blazers -- but they seemed to finally find their shots late in the quarter. Of particular concern for the Mavericks is the way Dirk Nowitzki has started the game; through the first 12 minutes, he’s only 1-for-5 from the field.
The Blazers are shooting 25 percent from the field thus far, while the Mavericks are shooting 31.6 percent. Neither team has demonstrated a sizeable advantage in the rebound or turnover battles.
