After delivering an extremely intense, fast-paced first quarter, the Indiana Pacers and Chicago Bulls decided they couldn't take the general public being entertained, and decided to play an incredibly dull second quarter, leaving all of us waiting for that part of the game when the Bulls look like they're in trouble and Derrick Rose saves the day. The Bulls lead by a score of 36-25 after the first quarter, but after two, they're only up 54-46.
Bulls Vs. Pacers Score: Chicago Leads By Eight At Halftime
Both teams are shooting under 50 percent and neither team’s passing has been particularly impressive. Defensively and on the boards, the teams look pretty evenly matched, but the Bulls’ athleticism on offense and their slightly better shooters have lead them to the lead.
Carlos Boozer is still having a Carlos Boozer game, while Derrick Rose has been solid, if unspectacular. However, he has picked up three fouls, which could hurt the Bulls later in the game. Luol Deng is probably Chicago's best player, while Danny Granger continues to lead the way for Indiana.
