Lucas Riva Nogueira -- better known as “Bebe” -- has had NBA scouts’ eyeballs popping for more than a year now. The 18-year-old center from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, turned in some fairly ridiculous measurements at this year’s Nike Hoop Summit: 6-foot-11 1/2 and 218 pounds with a wingspan of 7-5 1/2 and a standing reach of 9-3 plus a body fat percentage of 7.8 percent. Those numbers are off the charts in so many ways it’s mind-blowing.

There are plenty of questions about whether his frame and overall basketball intelligence and work ethic are NBA-ready. There’s time for all that later.
