Dallas Mavericks Victory Parade Scheduled For Thursday, June 16

Did anyone think that a team owned by Mark Cuban wasn't going to have a giant victory parade? The Dallas Mavericks have won the NBA Title for the first time in their history, giving the city of Dallas their first professional sports title since the Dallas Stars won the Stanley Cup in 1999. So, of course they're going to have a giant parade. If you're in the Dallas area or you feel like traveling, you can catch the parade on Thursday, June 16 in downtown Dallas.

Unsurprisingly, Mark Cuban will be footing the bill for all of the parade expenses. The details of the exact time and the route of the parade have not yet been announced, but those details are expected to be released on Tuesday. And in case you’re wondering, yes, Mark Cuban did lie in his bed with the NBA championship trophy.
