It wouldn't be an NBA offseason without a wackadoo Zach Randolph story popping up. According to The Oregonian, the Memphis Grizzlies' star power forward found his suburban Portland mansion being searched by sheriff's deputies after a self-described marijuana dealer told police he was invited to the house and assaulted by 4-7 partygoers. The alleged victim said that Randolph had invited him to the small party to sell marijuana to the other attendees.
Zach Randolph’s House Searched After Drug Dealer’s Alleged Assault
Police searched the Oregon home of Zach Randolph after a man selling marijuana at a party there was allegedly beaten with pool cues.

Randolph has not been arrested or charges with any crimes. But according to The Oregonian, police did find evidence in Randolph’s home consistent with the alleged victim’s claims, including traces of blood.
Randolph played for the Portland Trail Blazers for six years before being traded to the New York Knicks, L.A. Clippers and Grizzlies, where he blossomed into an All-Star and took Memphis to the second round of the NBA playoffs for the first time ever.
