Greg Monroe was an absolute stud for the Detroit Pistons on Thursday night, but it wasn't enough as the Milwaukee Bucks held on to take a 102-93 victory. The win kept the Bucks undefeated (4-0) at home; Milwaukee hasn't yet won on the road (0-6). Detroit remained winless on the road (0-5), and fell to 2-9 overall.

MonRobocop scored 32 points on 12-16 shooting with 16 rebounds matching up against one of the top three defensive centers in the NBA in Andrew Bogut. Bogut replied with only 10 points, but Milwaukee didn't need it as Stephen Jackson (25 points on 9-17 shooting, six assists) and Brandon Jennings (27 points on 9-15, 3-4 on threes) were dominant on the perimeter, though Detroit rookie Brandon Knight (20 points, 7-9 shooting) was dandy.

The teams were both perfect from the line, shooting a combined 41-41 on free throws. Somewhere, Rick Barry smiles.

Monroe is quietly No. 4 in the NBA in PER at 26.2, behind just LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant.
