Warriors Vs. Cavaliers: David Lee Leads Golden State To Another Road Win

The Golden State Warriors picked up another road win, this time over the Cleveland Cavaliers as David Lee had a huge fourth quarter.

David Lee had 29 points and nine rebounds as the Golden State Warriors survived a poor outing from Monta Ellis and the continued injury absence of Stephen Curry to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers at The Q 105-95 on Tuesday. Cleveland, led by Antawn Jamison (19 points, five rebounds) and Kyrie Irving (18 points, eight rebounds, five assists) led for much of the third quarter and held a small lead briefly in the early fourth. But Lee dominated the final frame with 13 points on 6-8 shooting to carry the Dubs away.

Ellis shot just 2-12 from the floor and registered four turnovers to three assists. Turnovers were no strangers to the Cavs, either, as Irving picked up six and Cleveland coughed a painful 23 in 98 possessions.

Golden State rookie Klay Thompson had perhaps the best game of his young career, hitting four threes en route to 14 points in 16 minutes off of the bench.

In other action:

Rockets 97, Pistons 80: Houston got the job done at home as Samuel Dalembert (14 points, 12 rebounds) shut down Greg Monroe (4 points on 2-9 shooting). Kyle Lowry had 13 points, five rebounds, five assists and three steals. The point guard Josh Smith!

Magic 96, Bobcats 89: Charlotte's new three-guard starting lineup did well (50 points on 19-35 shooting, 14 assists and 13 turnovers), but the Magic have Dwight Howard (25 points, 17 rebounds, four assists and four blocks) while the Bobcats have Byron Mullens (eight points, four rebounds, two assists, one block). Bismack Biyombo had a double-double with four blocks off the bench.
