The Chicago Bulls are off to their best start since the 1996-97 season, and while nobody is talking championships quite yet, Derrick Rose has looked spectacular at times for the Bulls this season. He'll have to continue that on Friday night, too, as the Bulls visit the Orlando Magic in a game that will be televised nationally on ESPN.
Bulls Vs. Magic: Derrick Rose Hopes To Continue Hot Start In Orlando
The Chicago Bulls are playing the Orlando Magic in one of the better match-ups the nationally televised NBA games have offered thus far this season.
The Bulls are coming off an ugly victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday as they squeaked out a 76-74 victory after tallying just 42 points through the first three quarters. Rose was a catalyst in the comeback as he scored or assisted on 19 points in the fourth quarter to improve his averages to 20.9 points and 8.6 assists per game.
The Magic aren't in bad shape this season, either, as they've complied a solid 5-2 start so far this season. Dwight Howard is off to his typical hot start with 19.1 points and 16 rebounds per game thus far in the early portion of the season.
The game is scheduled to tip off at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and should be one of the better early-season match ups of the season, at least as far as nationally televised games are concerned.
