The annual NBA general manager survey is out, and the majority of executives believe that the Miami Heat will repeat as NBA champions. Seventy percent have the Heat winning the 2013 title, followed by the Lakers at 23.3 percent and the Thunder at 6.7 percent.

NBA GMs answered a total of 56 other questions for the survey, which ranged from division winner predictions to questions like "which player makes the most of limited natural ability." The Heat, Lakers, Boston Celtics, Indiana Pacers, San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder were predicted to win the league's six divisions, while LeBron James was picked to be the league's MVP. The Lakers, unsurprisingly, won most of the offseason categories, including the best overall offseason, biggest single move (Dwight Howard trade) and most surprising move (Steve Nash trade).
In other individual questions, Kevin Durant edged Kobe Bryant for the title of "which player would you want taking a shot with the game on the line." Bryant had dominated the category in recent years.
