Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade will not play in Thursday night's game against the Denver Nuggets as he continues to deal with a sprained left foot.
Dwyane Wade injury update: Heat guard out with sprained left foot
Dwyane Wade will miss the Heat’s showdown with the Denver Nuggets.

ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported that the Heat guard would miss the game, after he scored just six points in the Heat's 107-100 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers Wednesday night. Wade was considered a game-time call for tonight's road meeting with the Nuggets.
Wade is averaging 16.9 points per game to start the 2012-13 season, which would be his lowest output since his rookie season. Wade is also connecting on only 16.7 percent of his three point attempts for the year.
Despite Wade's low output, the Heat lead the NBA in scoring, averaging nearly 105 points per game over their first nine games.
The 6-3 Heat travel to Denver to take on 4-4 Nuggets at 10:30 p.m. ET on Thursday with both teams struggling to hold opponents' offenses in check.
