Anthony Davis injury: Hornets forward being tested for concussion
New Orleans Hornets’ rookie Anthony Davis has left the game and is being tested for a concussion. He was struck by fellow rookie Austin Rivers while Rivers was moving into a defensive position.

Davis, the overall No. 1 pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, played 14 minutes prior to the injury. He shot 4 for 6 for eight points, with six rebounds, a steal and two blocks.
The Hornets hold a narrow lead over the Jazz, 47-43. With Davis out, Ryan Anderson and Jason Smith are likely to see more time on the floor. Anderson had a strong first half, shooting 5 for 9 for 14 points, while Smith collected only two points while shooting 1 of 3 in 10 minutes. The team is shooting 46.5 percent and has managed to stay ahead of the Jazz in fouls, picking up only five to Utah's nine.
