Coming off a tough Christmas Day defeat at the hands of the Boston Celtics, the Brooklyn Nets fell to the Milwaukee Bucks, 108-93, for their fifth loss in six games.

The Brooklyn Nets lost their fifth game in six tries with a 108-93 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks Wednesday night.

Brandon Jennings led all scorers with 25 points and was one of five Bucks in double figures. Brook Lopez led the Nets with 19 points.
Brooklyn took a 24-22 lead after one quarter, but the Bucks stormed back with an 18-3 run midway through the second quarter to take control. They led, 55-46, at halftime.
The two teams played about even in the second half, but a flurry of late threes for Milwaukee kept the Bucks in front and put them over 100 points for the first time in nine games. For the game, Milwaukee was 10-17 from three-point range with Jennings and Monta Ellis combining to shoot 6-7. The Bucks were also 18-19 from the free-throw line, which helped offset their 18 turnovers.
Brooklyn, on the other hand, shot just 4-21 from three, but was 21-24 from the line. Gerald Wallace just missed a triple-double with eight points, eight assists and 12 rebounds. Andray Blatche had 14 points off the bench for the Nets, who are just 3-10 in December.
