Jeremy Lin and the New York Knicks pulled off an impressive victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers Wednesday night, overcoming a 12-point halftime deficit for the 120-103 decision. Lin scored 19 points and dished out 13 assists to help lead the way to victory. He had only one turnover in the game, a significant change from previous games. His 19-13-1 line puts him in the company of only reigning MVP Derrick Rose for a performance like that, according to ESPN.

But not to get lost in Lin’s performance, Steve Novak was instrumental off the bench for the Knicks. He scored 17 points, hitting five three-pointers over the final 15 minutes of the game.

Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 22 points and was joined by Amare Stoudemire (14), Tyson Chandler (13) and Iman Shumpert (12) to make six scorers in double digits. Chandler joined Lin with a double-double by grabbing 15 rebounds.

For the Cavaliers, rookie Kyrie Irving scored 22 points and doled the ball out for seven assists, but he was hurt by four turnovers. Antawn Jamison had a game-high 23 points. The team managed just 41 points in the second half, 19 in the third quarter.

The Knicks (18-18) have a showdown with the Boston Celtics at TD Garden Sunday afternoon.
