Ricky Rubio Recovering Faster Than Expected
The original diagnosis had Rubio possibly participating in training camp with the Timberwolves and then eventually making his regular season debut in January. Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor told the Pioneer Press on Wednesday that Rubio is ahead of schedule, though, potentially moving his timetable from up one month.
The Timberwolves had a busy offseason that should make them more fun to watch from the outset, so re-adding Rubio earlier than expected would only be icing on the cake.
