Bismack Biyombo, a rookie who was still pretty close to anonymous globally a year ago, had what could prove to be a breakout performance against Dwight Howard as the Charlotte Bobcats stunned the Orlando Magic 100-84 on Tuesday. The win moved Charlotte to 5-31 on the season.
NBA Scores: Bismack Biyombo Breaks Out As Bobcats Stun Magic
Bismack Biyombo led the Bobcats past the Magic in a stunner.

Biyombo finished the game with 10 points, 15 rebounds and seven blocks, compared to 15-17-2 for Howard. Biyombo, who played part of one season in Spain before declaring for the 2011 NBA Draft, where Charlotte made him the No. 7 pick, has started slowly this season with minutes being doled out carefully. That might change after Tuesday’s performance.
Orlando shot just 39 percent from the floor and had six more turnovers than Charlotte.
In other action, the Heat opened a three-game homestand by whooping the Nets 108-78. Chris Bosh returned to score 20 points, and LeBron James had 21 points, nine rebounds and six assists in 29 minutes.
