Kobe Bryant Tells Blake Griffin To ‘Smack The F**k Out Of Somebody’

When ESPN asked him about Blake Griffin and some of the hard fouls he’s taken this year, Kobe Bryant didn’t hold anything back:

↵↵“I’d smack the f--- out of somebody. I’ve known him for a while and he’s a really nice guy so I don’t know if he’d want to do that. But I would. I would’ve done it early in the year. ... I saw Shaq crack somebody his first year. I did it my first few years. Sometimes people feel like they can take advantage of you, they hit you and this, that, and the other. Sometimes you have to say, ‘Look, you’re not going to do this to me.’”

↵↵There’s a long list of things to love about the NBA in 2012, but Kobe’s embracing his role as the NBA’s self-apointed ombudsman probably my favorite development of this season. And he’s probably right here, too. When the Black Michael Myers speaks, we should all listen.
