The Los Angeles Clippers had a chance to close out the Memphis Grizzlies in five games on Wednesday night. Like lots of inexperienced teams who run into this situation when Game 5 is on the road, they failed to do so. The Clippers had no answer for Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol inside and they couldn't generate any offense. They'll have to play considerably better to have a chance in Game 6, and in front of their home fans, it would be stunning if they didn't.

However, the Clippers are dealing with a couple of slight nagging injuries to their two biggest stars. Griffin limped through part of the game after knocking knees with Gasol, while Paul picked up a groin injury. Both are going to play in Game 6 and neither should be seriously hobbled, but the Grizzlies will have a significant advantage if either is less than 100 percent.
