The Boston Celtics were set to take 3-1 lead in their series against the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers climbed back from an 18-point deficit in Game 4 to tie the series at 2-2 heading back to Boston for Game 5. The winner will put themselves in position to advance to the 2012 NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Final with a win Monday.

The Celtics never trailed until the 9:48 mark of the fourth quarter. By then, the Sixers were in full-on upset mode. Andre Iguodala scored eight of his 16 points in the final 3:11 of regulation, helping Philadelphia to a 16-5 run to end the game, giving them a 92-83 win.

Boston scored just 37 points in the second half. Kevin Garnett suffered through arguably his worst game of what has been an otherwise transcendent playoffs for him. He scored nine points on 3-for-12 shooting, and turned the ball over seven times. The rough outing offset otherwise solid performances by Paul Pierce (24 points) and Rajon Rondo (15 points, 15 assists).

Game 5 will tip off at 7:00 p.m. ET at TD Garden. TNT will carry the game nationally.
