VIDEO: Rajon Rondo’s Impossibly Long Three-Pointer Is The Dagger

With Paul Pierce fouling out with four minutes remaining in Game 7, the Boston Celtics needed an offensive spark to carry them over the hump in the game's final moments. They found it in the most unlikely of forms: via long-range shots from Rajon Rondo.

Closely following a possession where Rondo hit a long two-pointer that was originally ruled a three-pointer, the Kentucky product (and probably alien) made sure his foot was way behind the line on this shot:

Rondo has scored 11 consecutive points for Boston. He’s one rebound away from a triple-double.
