Stan Van Gundy May Take Year Off From Coaching, According To Report
Stan Van Gundy will take a year off after being fired by the Orlando Magic, according to reports.

The Charlotte Bobcats reportedly wanted to give Van Gundy an interview, but it appears he will forego that opportunity for now. According to Matt Moore of CBS Sports, the Los Angeles Clippers may have been a possibility as well. Wherever Van Gundy ends up, the consensus seems to be that it will be a warm weather destination.
Van Gundy was fired after the Magic were eliminated in the first round of the NBA Playoffs for a second consecutive year. He compiled a 259-135 record in five seasons with Orlando.
