The 2012 NBA draft will finally arrive on Thursday night. The New Orleans Hornets hold the No. 1 overall pick in the draft and are expected to use it to select Anthony Davis, the immensely talented young big man who just led the Kentucky Wildcats to an NCAA national championship.

Plenty of NBA teams will be hoping to significantly improve their teams’ rosters via the relatively inexpensive young talent available in the draft. There will be a talented crop of highly coveted players up for selection, and you can expect some last-minute trades and big surprises throughout the night. Who will be the big winners and losers in the first round? You will need to tune in to find out.

The draft will begin on Thursday, June 28, at 7 p.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN. Complete draft analysis will begin at 5:30 p.m. ET on NBA TV.
