Orlando Pro Summer League: Thunder Storm Back To Stun Jazz

ORLANDO -- The Oklahoma City Thunder rallied back against the Utah Jazz in their Orlando Pro Summer League finale on Friday, outscoring Utah by a 29-10 margin to pick up an 89-75 win.

Star player: Thunder forward Latavious Williams seems likely to get a good, long look from some teams after his 11-point, 10-rebound outing Friday. Eight of Williams' boards came at the offensive end, where he demonstrated a knack for getting into position throughout the week.

Honorable mention: Second-year center Enes Kanter tallied 15 points and eight rebounds for the Jazz, with seven offensive boards. The behemoth missed some chippies around the rim, contributing to a 7-of-15 showing from the floor, but nonetheless demonstrated good footwork in the post.

Disappointing player: Utah guard Alec Burks, known primarily as a shooter, turned some heads throughout the week by showing off a dribble-drive game which enabled him to score more easily. Friday, however, he seemed to settle. The second-year man missed 10 of his 13 shots and didn't provide his team with the scoring punch it needed.

Dishonorable mention: Dwight Buycks had a breakout performance in a come-from-behind win Thursday but followed it up with a dud Friday. Buycks scored just four points, dished two assists, and committed four turnovers off the bench.

Prospect watch: The Thunder's Lazar Hayward scored 15 points in 20 minutes. It's unclear if he'll find minutes behind Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Daequan Cook, but his knack for scoring should keep him at least on the fringes of the league for a while.

Jeremy Evans had another active game Friday. The pogo-stick forward had 11 points, six boards, four blocks, and six fouls for Utah.

Third-year Thunder center Cole Aldrich continued his offensive struggles, missing both of his field goal attempts, but he did manage six boards in 16 minutes.
