The Boston Celtics officially signed forward Jeff Green to a contract, the team's website is reporting. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed, as its team policy not to do so, but reports say the two sides agreed to a four-year, $36 million deal in July.
Jeff Green Signs With Boston Celtics
The Boston Celtics and forward Jeff Green official agreed to a contract Wednesday.

Green, 25, will be looking for a bounce-back season after missing all of 2011-12 after being diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm, which was discovered during a physical prior to the start of the season. In '11, Green was traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Celtics, who expected the 6-foot-9, 235-pound forward to bring some youth to their aging front court which still features small forward Paul Pierce and center Kevin Garnett.
“I cannot wait to get back out onto the court and help this team towards our goal of winning another championship for Boston,” said Green.
Green was the fifth overall pick in the ‘07 NBA Draft, and since has averaged 13.3 points and 4.8 rebounds over his short career.
