Magic 104, Clippers 101
NBA scores: Magic stun Clippers, Heat whip Kings
Arron Afflalo scored 30 points as the Orlando Magic upset the Los Angeles Clippers, Mario Chalmers scored 34 points for the Miami Heat and John Wall made his season debut Saturday.


The Orlando Magic (13-23) beat the Los Angeles Clippers (28-9) Saturday, and the Clips had trouble defending Orlando's shooting guards in the process. Arron Afflalo scored a season-high 30 points and also had seven rebounds and seven assists. Fellow Magic shooting guard J.J. Redick came off the bench to score 21 points. He and Afflalo combined to shoot 7-of-11 from three-point range. Second-year big man Nikola Vucevic scored 18 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
Blake Griffin led the Clippers with 30 points, but no other Los Angeles player finished with more than the 13 points Jamal Crawford scored off the bench. Chris Paul had 10 points, 16 assists and four steals, and Matt Barnes, Willie Green and DeAndre Jordan each scored 10 points.
Heat 128, Kings 99
The Miami Heat (24-11) ended a two-game losing streak and picked up the first win on their current six-game road trip by beating the Sacramento Kings (13-24) Saturday. Mario Chalmers scored a career-high 34 points on a career-high 10 three-pointers to lead the Heat. LeBron James had 20 points, Chris Bosh scored 16 and Dwyane Wade scored 11.
Isaiah Thomas led the Kings with 34 points, but no other King scored more than 11.
Wizards 93, Hawks 83
The Washington Wizards (6-28) are now 1-0 with John Wall. Wall made his season debut and scored 14 points off the bench in 21 minutes in a win over the Atlanta Hawks (21-15) Saturday. Jeff Teague led the Hawks with 19 points.
Pacers 96, Bobcats 88
Point guards George Hill and D.J. Augustin, a former Bobcat, combined for 37 points, eight assists and just one turnover in the Indiana Pacers' (23-14) win over the Charlotte Bobcats (9-27) Saturday. Ben Gordon led Charlotte with 21 points off the bench.
Jazz 90, Pistons 87
The Utah Jazz (20-19) overcame a 15-point deficit to defeat the Detroit Pistons (14-24) Saturday. Al Jefferson had 20 points, including 10 in a decisive third quarter that saw the Jazz outscore the Pistons 25-11, and 10 rebounds. Greg Monroe led Detroit with 12 points and 11 rebounds, but also had seven turnovers.
76ers 107, Rockets 100
Jrue Holiday had 30 points and nine assists as the Philadelphia 76ers (16-22) beat the Houston Rockets (21-17) Saturday. It was Houston's third straight loss. The Rockets were led by James Harden, who had 29 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
Suns 97, Bulls 81
Luis Scola had 22 points and seven rebounds and Michael Beasley scored 20 points off the bench as the Phoenix Suns (13-26) beat the Chicago Bulls (20-15) Saturday. Carlos Boozer led the Bulls with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Mavericks 104, Grizzlies 83
Shawn Marion scored a season-high 20 points as the Dallas Mavericks (15-23) beat the Memphis Grizzlies (24-11) Saturday. Rudy Gay scored 12 points for Memphis.
