The stars came out to play in the Mile High City in an overtime thriller, and the Nuggets simply outlasted the visiting Blazers.

The Denver Nuggets used a balanced effort, with every player scoring, to defeat the Portland Trail Blazers, 115-111, on Tuesday night at the Pepsi Center.
Wesley Matthews hit a three-pointer with 32 seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime before Denver was able to put the game away for good.
The Nuggets (24-16) extended their season-high winning streak to six games, and it took a total team effort against the tenacious Blazers (20-18).
Danilo Gallinari led Denver with 25 points and added four rebounds, while Kenneth Faried notched a 21-point, 11-rebound double double.
The Blazers’ top-heavy lineup managed to stay in the game, but 18 turnovers ultimately cost them the game. Denver scored 22 points in transition off fast breaks and exploited Portland’s sloppy ball security. Denver also dominated the paint, scoring 68 points in the paint.
LaMarcus Aldridge played 45 minutes coming off a wrist injury, and led the Blazers with 28 points on 10-of-21 shooting and added eight rebounds and six assists. Nicolas Batum added 22 points of his own as all five Blazers starters scored in double figures.
The Blazers will head home to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers Wednesday night, while the Nuggets hit the road to wrap up a back-to-back of their own against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
