Tim Duncan filled up the stat sheet in a throwback performance on Wednesday night as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Memphis Grizzlies, 103-82, at AT&T Center.

San Antonio was efficient and took Memphis to school with flawless execution and a strong performance from their living legend.


The future Hall of Famer finished the game with an impressive line of 19 points, eight rebounds, five blocks and four assists and made his presence known on the defensive end. The effort was contagious as the Spurs locked up the Grizzlies throughout the night with stellar team defense.
Rudy Gay led the way for the Grizzlies (24-13), scoring 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting and adding eight rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block. The rest of the team struggled from the field and went just 29-of-69 as the Spurs contested nearly every shot.
San Antonio (30-11) shot a blazing 57.9 percent from the field and dominated inside with 46 points in the paint, allowing just 26, and demonstrated efficiency becoming of one the NBA’s model teams. They were also 9-of-18 from the three-point line.
