NBA 2013 schedule: Knicks host Celtics Monday
The New York Knicks and Boston Celtics meet for the first time this season on Monday night at Madison Square Garden.

Both New York and Boston will be in search of their third straight win. Heading into the season, many thought it would be the Celtics ruling the Atlantic Division once again, but the Knicks currently have a stranglehold on that top spot. Carmelo Anthony leads New York in scoring at 29.3 points per game after a brilliant 40-point performance against the Orlando Magic on Saturday.
Elsewhere around the league, two of the league's top teams will be on the road. The Oklahoma City Thunder travel to Washington to take on the four-win Wizards, while the San Antonio Spurs will be in New Orleans to face the Hornets. The Thunder sit on top of the Western Conference, one game ahead of the Los Angeles Clippers and a game and a half ahead of the Spurs.
