Visiting Miami on the second night of a back-to-back isn't a fun bit of scheduling, but it's exactly what the Clippers are dealing with Thursday night. Despite the less-than-favorable matchup, Los Angeles has taken a 56-52 lead into halftime.
Clippers vs. Heat score update: L.A. leads at halftime, 56-52
Los Angeles is on the second night of a back to back in Miami, but so far so good for the hot-shooting visitors.

The Clippers offense has rebounded early from a 90-point performance last night in Orlando, shooting better than 50 percent and already dishing out 13 assists. However, were it not for the Heat's 13 turnovers, this score might be flipped.
Miami is shooting a blistering 60 percent from the floor and not exactly inspiring confidence in a Clippers defense that currently ranks dead last in the NBA in terms of defensive efficiency. Dwyane Wade leads all scorers with 14 points, while J.J. Redick and Blake Griffin lead L.A. with 13 apiece.
