Andrew Bynum finally played a game in Philadelphia after being signed by the 76ers Friday night. Since he did it in a Cavaliers uniform, he was cascaded with boos, as expected.
Andrew Bynum on Philly booing: ‘I thought it was a little weak’
The 76ers fans let their bust of a former center hear it Friday night.

Philadelphia fans have a reputation for not being the nicest of people, and considering the Sixers gave up Nikola Vucevic, Maurice Harkless and Andre Iguodala for a season of funny hairstyles, this was bound to happen.
As loud it seemed — time will tell if Dwight Howard gets booed louder in Los Angeles — Bynum said it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be.
“I thought it was a little weak,” Bynum said told reporters after the game. “Honestly, I thought it was going to be much worse.”
Bynum has pretty much been Eeyore all season long, saying that he’s lost his joy for the game, that he’s contemplated retirement and that he doesn’t think he’ll ever regain his explosiveness. Maybe he’s assuming the worst because life is just terrible for Andrew Bynum.
Except for the $12 million he’ll likely be taking to the bank this year. That still seems pretty great.
