Damian Lillard knocked down a fadeaway jumper over Rodney Stuckey with 0.1 seconds left in overtime to give the Portland Trail Blazers a 111-109 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday night at The Palace of Auburn Hills:

Moments before, Stuckey had tied the game with a bucket of his own in a hotly contested overtime period.
The Blazers appeared on the verge of losing just their fifth game of the season early in the fourth quarter, going down by as many as 13 points. However, a quick surge got Portland back into the game, and it finally tied the game at 99-99 on two Wesley Matthews free throws with 30 seconds left. Both teams then failed to convert on multiple opportunities to end the game in regulation.

Lillard struggled with his shot all night long, shooting just 6-of-21 overall and missing all seven of this three-point attempts. Despite his shooting woes, he came up big when it counted most and finished with 23 points thanks to his 11-of-12 mark from the charity stripe. LaMarcus Aldridge led the Blazers with 27 points and 12 rebounds.
Josh Smith had a super efficient 31 points on 17 shots for Detroit. Stuckey had 17 points off the bench, while Brandon Jennings and Andre Drummond both had double-doubles.
With the win, Portland extended its lead in the Western Conference to a full game over the San Antonio Spurs. Detroit fell to 11-14.
