The Oklahoma City Thunder took care of business against the San Antonio Spurs Saturday night with a 113-100 win in Texas. Kevin Durant had a relatively quiet night as Russell Westbrook and the Thunder bench took over the scoring load for Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City jumped out to a quick lead, fighting off a late-game push from the Spurs to move to 22-4 on the season.

Although Spurs coach Gregg Popovich had Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli in the lineup after resting them on Thursday, San Antonio was without Kawhi Leonard due to a dental procedure earlier in the day.
Russell Westbrook had 16 points and seven assists in the first half, pushing the Thunder to a 61-50 lead at the end of the second quarter. San Antonio had to rely on Marco Belinelli to score for them early as Oklahoma City clamped down on Duncan and Parker.
The Spurs pushed back in the third quarter but couldn’t keep up as Russell Westbrook took over for the Thunder and pushed the lead to 85-76 at the end of the fourth.
San Antonio would pull within three points early in the fourth quarter, but a strong showing from the Thunder rotation players kept the Spurs at bay. Rookie big man Stephen Adams had a minimal night in the box score, tallying four points, six rebounds and two blocks but hustled on every major play to keep Oklahoma City ahead.
Russell Westbrook finished with 31 points on 13-of-22 shooting, adding eight assists and four rebounds. Kevin Durant had a quiet 17 points and three assists. Backup point guard Reggie Jackson was a nice spark off the bench for the Thunder, finishing with 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting while adding four assists.
For San Antonio, Tony Parker had 23 points on 6-of-14 shooting while Duncan added 17 points, 10 boards and two blocks.
San Antonio moves to 21-6 on the year, while Oklahoma City sits at 22-4.
