Houston point guard Jeremy Lin will be back on the court on Monday night. It’s good timing for the injury-ravaged Rockets.

Jeremy Lin will play tonight against Dallas, the guard said at shootaround Monday morning.
He said he is feeling much more confident in his movement on the floor and that his back is feeling much better.
The point guard has missed the last four games because of back spasms and missed time earlier this year because of a knee sprain. His return will be especially welcomed because Houston will be without shooting guard James Harden and point guard Patrick Beverley against the Mavericks. Harden has a sprained right ankle and Beverley has a fractured hand.
Lin is averaging 14.3 points, 4.2 assists and 2.4 rebounds per game for the Rockets this season. With Beverley and Harden out, Lin will assume the bulk of their playmaking responsibilities. If he isn’t too rusty, perhaps some Linsanity-esque numbers are in his immediate future.
