Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett said Saturday that under no circumstances would he waive his full no-trade clause leading up to Thursday's trade deadline.

It took one word for Garnett to answer reporters’ questions about his willingness to leave Boston on Saturday.
Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports tweeted Garnett’s full response, which was apparently one word:
When asked if there was any team or circumstance that he would drop his trade clause for, Kevin Garnett simply said: "No."

Garnett, like fellow Celtics veteran Paul Pierce, has been the frequent subject of trade rumors this season. Yahoo! Sports' Spears and Adrian Wojnarowski reported Friday that the Celtics and Los Angeles Clippers were considering a deal that would send Garnett to the Clippers for Eric Bledsoe and DeAndre Jordan. In that article, Wojnarowski and Spears reported that the biggest hurdle could be Garnett's no-trade clause.
Garnett is in the first year of a three-year, $34 million extension he signed with the Celtics in June 2012. He’s averaged 15.1 points and 7.7 rebounds in 52 games so far this season.
