NBA All-Star Game 2013: Kyrie Irving’s skill set on full display in 2nd year

The No. 1 overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft has more than lived up to expectations in his first two years with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Kyrie Irving still needs a better supporting cast, but the five-tool point guard is good enough that he’s able to elevate Cleveland from laughing stock to respectably competitive.
